Party and Gifts will pay shipping costs on all orders over $50.00 for FedEx Ground Delivery Service only. If faster shipping is desired standard FedEx rates will apply.

If this is your first time ordering please note the following:

- Note pack quantities if applicable.

- All helium balloons are shipped uninflated.

- We do not deliver inflated balloon bouquets.

- Please consider sufficient shipping time for special orders.

- We do not back order any items.

- Please provide us with a street address for shipping. We can not deliver orders to a P.O. Box.

- Order will not ship if name and bill-to address do not match with the credit card information.

- Orders under $10.00 (excluding shipping and taxes) will incur a $5.00 handling fee. The fee will be added to the total shipping costs.

- Party and Gifts reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion.


Payment Methods:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Cardholder name and billing address subject to bank verification. Billing information must match credit card information on file for approval. Please note; NO INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.


Return Policy:

- We will provide a refund on any manufacturer defect or damaged good (subject to our inspection).

- Personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

- Please inspect all products upon arrival. Any damaged or defective items must be called in within 24 hours of receipt.

- We will not issue call tags for returns.

- We will reimburse any shipping charges incurred due to returns of manufacturer defects, over-shipped products, or damaged goods.

- For All Returns - You must call and obtain a return authorization number from one of our customer service representatives. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee. (This does NOT apply to damaged goods.)

- When returning defective balloons, please do not puncture balloons.


Shipping Information:

- We are located in the state of Missouri, just west of the city of St. Louis. Our location in the central United States enables us to ship to all continental US destinations within 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground Service.

- All in-stock orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be shipped the same day. All in-stock orders placed after 1:00pm will ship on the following business day.

- Orders are generally shipped via FedEx Ground. Delivery days are based on number of business days- not including Sundays, Mondays or holidays. Ask your customer service representative for other delivery options.

- We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

- Party and Gifts will pay shipping costs on all orders over $50.00 for FedEx Ground Delivery Service ONLY. If faster shipping is desired standard rates will apply.

- At this time, Party and Gifts does not accept orders from outside the United States. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require air freight shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 636-272-1042 to obtain exact shipping rates and delivery time.
